Motors
CARCASSES AND SHIELDS

The carcasses of the motors up to the greatness 80 are realized
in light league of aluminum, directly to contact with the plate
of the magnetic circuit.
The shields and the feet, screwed to the carcass, are in light
league too.
The motors from the greatness 90 up to the greatness 112 have
the carcass in aluminum with the feet in aluminum, directly
screwed to the carcass, while the shields are in cast iron, to
exception of the greatness 90 in form B3 in which the anterior
shield is in aluminum.
For the greatness from 132 to 355 the carcasses and the shields
are in fusion of iron cast and the feet are settled with them in
an only piece, to exception of the greatness 132 that they are screwed.
All the motors from the greatness 112 to the greatness 355 are
provided of ring of upheaval.
The carcasses from the greatness 56 to the greatness 335 have
the external cylindrical surfaces provided of longitudinal with
the purpose to facilitate and to increase the dissipation of the heat.
The covers in aluminum league have inserted supports in steel
for the centers of the bearing, so that to guarantee a corect
position of the rotor and a superior duration.

SHAFT ROTOR
All the motors have the rotor with double cage in
aluminum.
The rotor is dynamically balanced with 1/2 tap applied on the
prominence of the shaft.
The degree of vibration corresponds at "N". On request it is
possible to furnish motor with degree of vibration equal at "R"
(on least quantity) or superior.
